- – The Lifetime Achievement Recognitions will be purely at the discretion of the Hon’ble Jury Members
- – For Architect of the Year, No Documents are required. It will be Recognized based on the Submissions made across Nominations filed for other Categories

- C2R1: Residential Designs – Group Housing with Open Spaces Nominate Now
- C2R2: Residential Design – Small Independent House ( Area less than 5000 Sq. Feet
Covered Area) Nominate Now - C2R3: Residential Design – Large Independent House (Area more than 5000 sq. Feet) Nominate Now
- C2R4: Residential Design – Affordable Group Housing (Area less than 900 Sq.feet) Nominate Now
The fee per nomination is Rs. 5000/- (Including GST).

- – Project Completed within 6 Years of the Date of notification of the AER
- – Letter of Satisfaction from the Client
- – Development Authority Approval Letters of the Structure
- – RERA Registration (If Applicable)
- – Completion Certificate (If Applicable)
- – Occupation Certificate (if Any)

- – Only Delivered projects will be considered
- – Documents identifying the Architect/Firm Appointment for Designing
