C1 — Jury Choices

Jury Choice Recognitions under C1 are not open for direct application. There is no project-style nomination form for these six recognitions. The Jury identifies recipients from the pool of nominees who have filed competitive nominations under C2 – C5, and from individuals proposed by recognised institutions through a Letter of Recommendation route.

Minimum 2 competitive nominations filed under C2 / C3 / C4 / C5, AND age below 40 as on 31 March 2026 (auto-verified from the nomination form). No separate documentation required.

For C1R1 – C1R4 (Lifetime Achievement and Boundless Achievement), the website should display a separate “Submit a Nomination via Recommendation” path that accepts: (a) Letter of Recommendation on institutional letterhead, (b) Detailed Profile PDF (max 4 pages), (c) Media Coverage compilation PDF. There is no application fee for the Letter of Recommendation route.

Recreational
Interior designers of completed recreational interiors — gyms, spas, theatres, clubs, gaming venues, wellness centres. Focus on engagement, safety, comfort, and support for the recreational activity.
UNIVERSAL MANDATORY
  • PRIMARY CRITERIA:
    Professional Qualification:
    1. Education and Degree: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in interior design from a recognized institute or university is preferred.;
    2. Individual Interior Design Consultants/Practioners may apply
  • Client Letter of Satisfaction on client letterhead — confirming completion, active use, and consent for the project to be evaluated
